Dear Volunteer,

The Association will process your personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679, exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the activity

and for the management of the membership relationship, and in particular for:

- correspondence and traceability

- registration and enrollment

- compliance with legal and insurance obligations

- distribution of the association’s newsletter

- information and awareness campaigns

Data processing will be carried out and data stored by authorized personnel, in both paper and electronic form.

The data will not be disclosed to third parties nor will it be made public.

Providing your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address is necessary for managing the membership relationship and for complying with legal obligations. Providing other data is optional.

Upon termination of your membership, your data will no longer be processed and will be retained exclusively in the paper membership register kept at the Association’s offices.

If personal data is transferred to countries within the European Union, to third countries, or to an international organization for the purposes indicated above, you will be informed whether or not an adequacy decision by the European Commission exists.

Rights of the Data Subject. As a data subject, you are guaranteed all the rights specified in Article 15 of the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data; the right to withdraw consent (where given) to processing (without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent obtained prior to withdrawal); and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

AUTHORIZATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING

As part of the activities taking place during CAMPO EMMAUS 2026, photographs and/or video recordings may be taken. These will not be used for any commercial purpose but solely for educational and instructional purposes (posters, handouts, PowerPoint presentations, the EMMAUS ITALIA Association’s website) or for promotional purposes.

To this end, pursuant to Privacy Law No. 196 of 2003, the participant (or parent, in the case of minors) authorizes the taking of photos and/or videos.
